Tomas has studied under esteemed instructors from around the world—including Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the United States. His mentors come from prestigious institutions such as Berklee College of Music, Juilliard, the Curtis Institute, and the Jacobs School of Music. This diverse training shaped Tomas’ own unique teaching methodology, which has helped him successfully guide hundreds of students.
Under his instruction, many students have achieved significant milestones—earning spots in all-county and all-state bands and orchestras, receiving superior ratings from the Florida Bandmasters Association, and even becoming music educators themselves.
